Staff Bonus Programs !!!!!!
Merit System Bonus
This bonus yields (8) winners. The requirements are as follows:

All lifeguard & pool attendant staff are eligible.

There are (8) winners from 1st to 8th place.
-
Winners are employees who accumulates the most merit points.
-
"No Call/No Show" disqualifies an employee, from the contest.
-
(3) or more demerits result in disqualification.
-
Merits are totaled to make a decision, then demerits, if several people qualify, winners chosen by management.
-
Must work a minimum of 11 weeks @ 29hrs/wk.
-
1st-$350, 2nd-$250, 3rd-$185, 4th-$150, 5th-$125, 6th-$100, 7th-$75, 8th-$55.
Shift Pick Up Bonus
This bonus yields (1) winner. The requirements are as follows:

Must work at least 12 weeks of the season.

Must be available to pick up at least (3) shifts per week.

Prize- $200
No Callout Bonus
This bonus yields (1) winner. The requirements are as follows:
-
Disqualified if one shift is missed/left uncovered, no exceptions.

Must work at least (12) weeks of the season.

Prize-$150.00
Patrons' Favorite Bonus
This bonus yields (1) winner. The requirements are as follows:

Decision based on supervisor reports.

Decision based on patron reports.
-
Decision based on site manager reports.

Prize-$200
Open Schedule Bonus
This bonus yields (1) winner. The requirements are as follows:

Must be available to work a (7) days a week at least 13 weeks of the season.

Must have at least (4) on call days.

Must work a minimum of 32hrs/wk.

Prize- $200
Best Kept Pool Bonus
This bonus yields (1) winner. The requirements are as follows:
-
Pool inspected at least twice per week.
-
Must work at least (4) days per wk, for (12) weeks.
-
Cleanliness will include skimmers, pool tile, pool bottom, pool deck.

Prize- $200
End of Season Bonus
This bonus yields (2) winners. The requirements are as follows:

Must be able to work the last 4 weeks of the summer until September 9th 2019.
-
must be available to work 7 days the last 2 weeks from 8/26/19-9/9/19.

Prize- $240 total
Referral Bonus
This bonus will have (unlimited) winners. The requirements are as follows:

The referred person will be screened by supervisor.
-
Referred person must work at least 200 hours.
-
Referred person can not receive any demerits, write-ups.
-
Referred person can not have more than (1) lateness & (0) latenesses..
-
Prize- $55( for employee)/ $25(for referral staff)
