Staff Bonus Programs !!!!!! 

Merit System Bonus

This bonus yields (8) winners. The requirements are as follows:

  1. All lifeguard & pool attendant staff are eligible.

  2. There are (8) winners from 1st to 8th place.

  3. Winners are employees who accumulates the most merit points.

  4. "No Call/No Show" disqualifies an employee, from the contest.

  5.  (3) or more demerits result in disqualification.

  6. Merits are totaled to make a decision, then demerits, if several people qualify, winners chosen by management.

  7. Must work a minimum of 11 weeks @ 29hrs/wk.

  8. 1st-$350, 2nd-$250, 3rd-$185, 4th-$150, 5th-$125, 6th-$100, 7th-$75, 8th-$55.

Shift Pick Up Bonus

This bonus yields (1) winner. The requirements are as follows:

  1. ​Must work at least 12 weeks of the season.

  2. Must be available to pick up at least (3) shifts per week.

  3. Prize- $200

No Callout Bonus

This bonus yields (1) winner. The requirements are as follows:

  1. Disqualified if one shift is missed/left uncovered, no exceptions.

  2. Must work at least (12) weeks of the season.

  3. Prize-$150.00 

Patrons' Favorite Bonus

This bonus yields (1) winner. The requirements are as follows:

  1. Decision based on supervisor reports.

  2. Decision based on patron reports.

  3. Decision based on site manager reports.

  4. Prize-$200

Open Schedule Bonus

This bonus yields (1) winner. The requirements are as follows:

  1. Must be available to work a (7) days a week at least 13 weeks of the season.

  2. Must have at least (4) on call days.

  3. Must work a minimum of 32hrs/wk.

  4. Prize- $200

Best Kept Pool Bonus

This bonus yields (1) winner. The requirements are as follows:

  1. ​Pool inspected at least twice per week.

  2. Must work at least (4) days per wk, for (12) weeks.

  3. Cleanliness will include skimmers, pool tile, pool bottom, pool deck. 

  4. Prize- $200

End of Season Bonus

This bonus yields (2) winners. The requirements are as follows:

  1. Must be able to work the last 4 weeks of the summer until September 9th 2019.

  2. must be available to work 7 days the last 2 weeks from 8/26/19-9/9/19.

  3. Prize- $240 total

Referral Bonus

This bonus will have (unlimited) winners.  The requirements are as follows:

  1. The referred person will be screened by supervisor.

  2. Referred person must work at least 200 hours.

  3. Referred person can not receive any demerits, write-ups.

  4. Referred person can not have more than (1) lateness & (0) latenesses..

  5. Prize- $55( for employee)/ $25(for referral staff)
